Manufacturing
Production of parts for our clients using fabrication equipment such as Trumpf Laser, Trumpf Press Brake, Saw Cutting, Welding, Powder Coating, Machining, Assembly, etc. Also, provide engineering solutions for your manufacturing needs such as fixtures (Poka Yok, Weld Fixtures, etc.), designs such as carts for material handling or assembly lines, robot welder programming, process analysis/improvements, etc.
Controls
Our experience with PLCs and electrical components allows us to provide solutions to help save our customers money and or automate processes. This can be anything from controlling pieces of equipment such as heaters for coating processes to pulling data from machines for KPI generation.
Consulting
Our experience with ERP/MRP systems as well as data management enables us to support our customers' consulting needs when it comes to data analytics, KPI generation, data mapping, ERP/MRP process reviews, etc. Excel modeling, SQL, IQMS are some of our specialties.
